Which courier will Maple use?

Each item will be dispatched using only a Maple authorised courier. Currently we are using UPS as our primary courier for larger high value items. Smaller items will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s 1st class signed for service.

If you have ordered a large item such as a photocopier, we will use a reputable pallet company.

How long does delivery normally take?

We make every effort to ensure our items are dispatched and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Our slightly extended dispatch times help keep our products at such amazing prices.


Delivery times are based on delivery in mainland United Kingdom, UK highlands and islands may vary.

The delivery duration varies depending on the dispatch time for the type of product you are ordering. For information on estimated dispatch times, please read the following information.

Delivery Options explained:

UPS Speedy Delivery
Items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered using UPS 48 hour delivery. These items will arrive within 2-4 working days.
Royal Mail Speedy Delivery
Items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered using Royal Mail next day delivery. These items will arrive within 2-4 working days.
UPS Standard Delivery
Items will be subject to their normal dispatch time and delivered using UPS 48 hour delivery.
(Dispatch Time + 1-2 working days) = Delivery Date
Royal Mail Standard Delivery
Items will be subject to their normal dispatch time and delivered using Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery.
(Dispatch Time + 1-2 working days) = Delivery Date
UPS Saturday Delivery
Delivery will be made on the next available Saturday after the dispatch duration.


Larger and high value items will be dispatched using a UPS 1-2 day delivery service.

When selecting Saturday delivery, you must place your order by Wednesday that same week, otherwise items may be delivered the following Saturday.

Smaller items such as iPods will be dispatched using Royal Mails 1st class signed for delivery which usually takes 1-2 days.

We will inform you when any item has been dispatched and will provide you with a tracking number.

Delivery and dispatch times are estimates and may vary depending on your delivery address and availability of your items.

Customers will be alerted by email if there are any unexpected delays. Should there be a delay with your order, you can choose to cancel your item and we will issue a full refund immediately. The arrival time of your refund depends on the banks clearing times.

We ask you to allow 7-14 working days for clearance of the refund into your bank.

Delivery Charges: How much does delivery cost? 

Each product will have a selection of delivery services; this is because items of higher weight and size can cost more to ship. Here are the following choices and their charges. Not all the following services listed will be available on every product.

These prices are applicable to mainland United Kingdom only; please add an additional £10 for UK highlands and islands.

  Will I need to be in to accept delivery?

  In order to complete the tracking, all of our items require a signature upon delivery.

Larger and high value items, such as computers, are likely to be delivered between 9AM and 5:30PM on any business day, unless Saturday delivery has been selected.

Once we have dispatched the item, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking deals. This will give you a good idea of when your item is likely to arrive.

 Can I collect my item from Maple?  

Yes. Our warehouse is based in Sutton, South London. You will need to contact us via email or telephone in order to book an appointment to collect.

My item hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

It is important to check the estimate delivery time’s page; this will give you a good indication of the delivery time frame. Items shouldn’t really ever arrive later than 14 days.

Have you received a dispatch notification from us? If yes, use the tracking details in the email to track your delivery.

If items go missing in transit we will issue you a full refund or a replacement product.

Can I change my delivery address?

When a customer submits an order on our system, the delivery address will be verified.

As a measure to prevent fraud, Maple will be unable to amend the delivery address once it has been submitted and verified.

Our courier requires an adult to be at the delivery address to accept and sign for the delivery. If the customer will not be available to accept the delivery, another adult can accept the delivery on their behalf, provided that this is at the same address.

If no one will be available; it is likely that the courier will leave a card with contact details to rearrange the delivery.

 Should the courier carry the item into my house? 

No. It is the responsibility of the couriers to carry the item to your premises in good condition.

The courier should deliver your item to your front door or reception; they should not carry the item further than this point as this is not their responsibility to do so.

What does the delivery signature mean?

When you sign to receive an item, this means you are signing for it in good condition. This signature voids our insurance for damages on the item.

You need to check the item’s condition for any visible damage before you sign for it.
