Product Warranty

The Maple product warranty
Our warranties set us apart from the rest. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our customers will be happy with their purchases. If something happens to go wrong with your item, we offer a broad range of coverage options to give you the peace of mind that your device will be covered.

Problems can occasionally occur; this is why we have developed an excellent tried and tested warranty to protect our customers.

Each item on Maple UK website will include a Maple product warranty. The length of this warranty will depend on whether the product is brand new or refurbished. *Warranty durations vary between products and the duration will likely need to be selected when purchasing your item. The duration of cover will be clearly specified on the product listing if different to the standard cover offered, although each warranty comes as standard with the following warranty:

Refurbished Items
6 Months Standard Warranty Coverage
Brand New items
1 Year Standard Warranty Coverage

There is often a chance that refurbished items may still be under the original manufactures warranty; this is unlikely to be listed on the website due to the time it takes to check with the manufacturer. *Their terms of warranty may be different to ours.
